Information you provide through our mobile applications, including precise or approximate location information, device permissions, push notification preferences, and similar mobile-use data.
When you use LandGlide or other mobile features of our Services, we may collect precise or approximate location information if you enable location services on your device or otherwise allow location-based functionality. We may use this information to provide map-based features, search results, navigation-related functionality, service personalization, and other features you request.
You may control location permissions through your device settings. If you disable location access, certain features may not function properly or at all. We may also collect device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, app analytics data, crash reports, and other information generated through the use of our mobile applications, subject to your device settings and applicable law. We may send push notifications, alerts, or similar communications through the mobile applications if you enable those features. You may disable push notifications through your device or app settings, although some service-related notices may still be sent.

REP follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the information in REP's possession. Only those persons with a need to process your personal data in connection with the performance of their duties in accordance with the purposes of this Privacy Policy, and for the purposes of performing technical maintenance, have access to your personal data in REP's possession. Personal data collected by REP is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. We may associate chatbot information with your account, contact details, device information, or other information we maintain in our systems.

LandGlide may request access to device features such as location services, push notifications, camera, photos, storage, or other permissions necessary for the app to function properly. You may manage these permissions through your device settings or the app's settings, but disabling certain permissions may limit app functionality.
We may use mobile analytics, crash reporting, and similar technologies to understand app performance, diagnose issues, improve user experience, and maintain security. Where permitted by law and your device settings, we may collect or use mobile advertising identifiers and similar device identifiers for analytics, attribution, or measurement purposes. If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using such identifiers for advertising-related purposes.
REP regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. If REP receives a formal written complaint from you, it is REP's policy to attempt to contact you directly to address any of your concerns. To the extent you and Real Estate Portal USA, LLC, doing business as ReportAll, are not able to amicably resolve any dispute that may arise, you agree that you may bring claims against Real Estate Portal USA, LLC only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
