Our nationwide parcel data includes attributes derived from external sources, including FEMA, USGS, USPS, USDA and more.
Standard Schema
Licensing our National Parcel Layer includes a Standard Schema with robust, standardized, best-in-class parcel data covering over 99% of the U.S.
Premium Schema
The premium layer is delivered with the Standard Schema as a single file, with premium columns appended, making it simple to integrate richer property intelligence into existing workflows.
File formats: Shapefiles (SHP)*, PGDump, Geodatabase (GDB), GeoParquet, Geopackage (GPKG), CSVWKT
Data delivery options: Google Bucket (customer-provided), AWS S3 (customer-provided), FTP (Instructions provided by ReportAll)
