2025 was a landmark year for ReportAll — marked by expansion, refinement and meaningful progress toward delivering the most accurate, current and comprehensive parcel data available. From major dataset growth to new global coverage, product innovation and industry partnerships, this year showcased how far we’ve come in building a data ecosystem that supports decision-making across real estate, energy, infrastructure, government, technology and more.

Since 2006, our team has pursued a single, ambitious goal: to make parcel and property data more standardized, accessible and actionable for the people and industries who rely on it every day. Guided by our mission to provide the best parcel data products available — and our vision to build the most complete database of parcel and related spatial data, we work daily to uphold the qualities that make ReportAll data uniquely powerful: its accuracy, reliability, standardization and depth.

The momentum we achieved in 2025 reflects those values and the teams who bring them to life. Read on to explore the highlights that shaped this transformative year.

2025 data updates: A year of unmatched coverage, accuracy & innovation

Every day, our data engineering team refines, expands and strengthens the parcel data infrastructure that individuals and organizations depend on. In 2025, their work elevated our national dataset to new levels of completeness and currency — continuing to set the bar for reliable, standardized parcel data.

Parcel updates and coverage growth

This year alone, our team updated 479 million parcels (a 100+ million parcel increase over 2024) and completed 9771 county-wide updates to 3237 U.S. counties. That expansion reflects new format enhancements, deeper attribute coverage and broader geographic reach.

Unprecedented data timeliness

Our team meaningfully reduced parcel data age across the entire dataset, delivering one of the most up-to-date national parcel databases available:

  • Median parcel age: 95 days

  • Parcel update performance

    • Under 1 month: 21.4%

    • Under 3 months: 48%

    • Under 6 months: 75.5%

    • Under 1 year: 95.7%

These improvements ensure that our customers are working with information that reflects the most current land and parcel data available.

Performance compared to the market

Our parcel update performance in 2025 set us apart in a competitive market. Here’s how some of our numbers stack up to our competition from September through November:

  • Over 60 million more parcel records updated

  • Over 900 more county-wide updates

Our parcel update performance regularly outpaces the competition, and we continue to find new ways to keep our data fresher and more comprehensive than other parcel data providers.

More ways to access the data

In 2025, we expanded our delivery formats to meet evolving workflows and to strengthen the flexibility our users expect from a modern data provider.

New and expanded formats now include:

  • Traditional nationwide GDB and GPKG

  • State-separated files for easier geographic segmentation

  • Newly introduced CSV formats for lightweight ingestion, scripting or custom pipelines

  • Nationwide Geoparquet (single file and state separated)

Esri-compatible Feature Service demand hits new heights

The use of the ReportAll Feature Service grew significantly in 2025, reflecting its increasing importance in workflows across commercial and public sector applications. The Feature Service provides parcel data streaming directly into Esri’s ArcGIS® products in an unlimited or pay-per-parcel format via an API query model. As of publication, our API has handled over 75 million requests.

This extraordinary demand underscores the trust organizations place in our standardized nationwide parcel data.

LandGlide in 2025: A record year & our biggest update yet

International parcel expansion: Welcoming the United Kingdom

This year marked a milestone in our global vision. In 2025, we added parcel details for the U.K., furthering our long-term strategy to make standardized property data available “parcel by parcel” across the globe.

Our international parcel dataset now comprises approximately 210 million parcels total when combined with the U.S., U.S. territories, Canada, Australia and New Zealand — bringing our data standards to an ever-widening audience.

Brand refresh & website redesign: A bold step into the future

In 2025, we fully embraced the comprehensive brand refresh and website redesign we unveiled at the end of 2024 — a modern identity built to match the sophistication, scale and ambition of our data products. The updated visual system introduces a richer, more dynamic palette and a refined logo that evokes clarity, precision and forward thinking.

The redesigned website brings this identity to life, making it easier than ever for users to explore our expanding suite of offerings. With streamlined navigation, a clearer product structure and informational pages tailored to the industries we serve, the new site enhances how users understand, evaluate and access our offerings. More than a visual update, this redesign signals a strategic evolution: an identity that now fully represents the breadth of who we are and the future we’re building toward.

As detailed in our partnership announcement, the Gold designation recognizes deep expertise, sustained product innovation and delivery of high-quality parcel datasets that integrate seamlessly with ArcGIS® environments.

This partnership strengthens how organizations bring national parcel data into their analysis, permitting, planning and operational workflows.

Together with Esri, we’re helping users see land and property more clearly, more consistently and more confidently than ever, and we’re excited to maintain our Gold-level partnership into 2026.

2025 conferences: Meeting industries in person

Throughout the year, we’ve connected with thousands of professionals across energy, GIS, utilities, infrastructure, real estate, renewables and data center development by exhibiting at 10 conferences and attending two additional industry events.

Across North America, we showcased how standardized parcel data empowers faster siting, smarter planning and clearer decision-making in rapidly evolving sectors. Each event allowed us to exchange insights with professionals navigating energy transition, real estate innovation, national infrastructure buildouts and the increasing demand for accurate parcel and spatial data. Be on the lookout for ReportAll as we continue to exhibit and attend national conferences throughout 2026.

Looking ahead to 2026

This year reinforced something foundational to who we are: parcel data is more than points, lines and polygons. It is a living ecosystem that requires constant care, collaboration and innovation.

In 2026, we'll continue to expand the breadth and depth of our coverage, advance our global dataset, strengthen partnerships, and build tools and services that empower our users to work with confidence.

ReportAll remains committed to delivering parcel data that is comprehensive, reliable, integrated, standardized and powerful — a commitment that defines our past, shapes our future and supports the industries building what comes next.
